OBB Prelove Party



Yesterday at OldBlossomBox's prelove party. Saya jual cupcakes, cookies and jellies.

Terima kasih sangat-sangat to all yang datang and support kami. Teharuu.

Jelly habis dulu. Sangat laku. Then cookies. Followed by cupcakes. Alhamdulillah.

But someone did came to me and asked me to bake more next time. Hehe InsyaAllah dear. Will do.

Sorry tak banyak gambar since tak sempat sangat nak tangkap. Kalau sempat pun lupa. Huu.

Paling geram that I totally forgot to take picture with Jezmine, Ami, and Shea. Sabar je la. Maybe next time jumpa lagi. I hope so.

Tingkat atas sekali boleh naik lift. Atas AmBank.

Nanti I'll be there jual cupcakes, cookies and another thing that I haven't decide on. Maybe jelly maybe brookies maybe cake sugee.

So what do I suggest kalau pergi event-event macam ni ? Sila bawa duit banyak.

Trust me. When I opened a booth at Hello Deer Save Gava Charity event by Nurul Wonder Wardrobe last year, I totally forgot nak bawa duit banyak. Ada RM 50 je time tu. Dah la time tu Suri jual shawls dia yang cantik-cantik tu. Jezmine with her cute things and Nurul jual her gorgeous baju-baju. And mata ini hanya mampu memandang je la.
Ok terbebel panjang.

I'm a macaron lover.

I know how to make macaron and yet malas.

Easier to buy.

Can't remember the name of the shop.

Depan Speedy tu.

Ok la not bad.

The texture, the feet perfect.

But kalau guna cocoa mahal sure lagi sedap. Heeeeee.

SPM

So true.

When I was small I wanted to be an architect. I took lukisan kejuruteraan. Make sure score yang tu and add math. Fizik pun la. Tapi tak berapa nak score kat situ :P

But I always said ‘Entah-entah nanti sudahnya jadi accountant macam Abah, Mama and kakak.’

But guess what. After SPM dapat buat course Landscape architecture. Bertahan 6 minggu at Uitm Perak. Cause I was like ‘Pokok what???’.

So I changed to ACCA course (accounting). Along the way tangan menggatal try-try buat cake. Mama hantar buat part-time at cake decorating courses here and there. It was just a part-time thing. At first.


And finally, after 2 years of that, Abah asked me to take Culinary course. But tak minat masak. So I chose Pastry Art course.
From there I learnt from bread to sugar showpiece. But even that, I still want to be a cake artist. It opened my eyes of what my true passion really is.



Tak pernah menyesal quit those 2 courses yang sangat gempak tu. Tak pernah menyesal try and wasted my time with the 2 courses. Because somehow, it brought me here. To where I’m doing what I truly love.



Since I was small I wanted to be an architect. Sekarang baru paham kenapa. I’m more on the creative side. I wanted to create something. To design something. And that something turned out to be not houses nor buildings. But cakes. Edible things. Things that can make me fat. Hehe.



So for future SPM candidates, it’s true that SPM result doesn’t determine who you will become. But of course you still have to work hard and try the best that you can.

From Tumblr to This

I think about a month ago I made a tumblr account. Sebab rasa macam dah ada blogspot for business, so for personal buat tumblr pula la.

But, tetiba rasa tumblr macam boring. I don't know. Not for me kot. I think I'm just so used to blogspot punya settings and all. 

And since tumblr tu baru sebulan, baik laaa cepat-cepat tukar ke blogspot sebelum banyak entry dah tulis kat situ. So should I delete my tumblr ?

The truth is, I just need a place to write. And here are the reasons why I make a personal account :

1. Facebook = personal

2. Twitter = writing is limited

3. Blogspot = business

4. Instagram = pictures only

5. Need something yang both personal tapi untuk public.

6. To keep me sane. Ngehehehe.

7. Need a place untuk ‘konon review’ about things I love. Desserts, spa, shawls, etc.

8. Sebab sometimes kalau tak banyak order, confirm tidur siang. At least now I have something to write. 

9. Need a place where I can write, post pictures, but I don’t really mind if people baca ke tak.

10. Dah banyak sangat beli buku nak buat-buat macam diary tapi sudahnya lupa sebab asyik duduk kat computer
